Conservative Student Group Sues UMass Over Free Speech Policy

The University of Massachusetts at Amherst doesn't allow rallies or speeches except between noon and 1 p.m. in front of the Student Union, according to a lawsuit filed on behalf of the group in U.S. District Court in Springfield. The university's chapter of Young Americans for Freedom, a conservative group, is a plaintiff, along with a student.
