Jeff Jacoby slammed efforts from lawmakers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to legalize physician-assisted suicide (S. 1384/H. 2381) , something that voters rejected 51 percent to 49 percent at the ballot in 2012.
Member of the Sunrise Movement from the Tempe, Arizona area made a cross-country trip. They flew from Arizona and planned to fly to Boston to confront U.S. Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-Arizona) at The Boston Marathon. However, their connector flight got cancelled, so they drove 10 hours instead.
It turns out that Sinema didn't run the marathon after all. She has a broken foot and couldn't compete, as Newsweek reports.
