Connecticut To High Schools: Teach Black Studies

The state of Connecticut just gave all of its public high schools a new mandate: offer African-American, Black, Puerto Rican, and Latino studies.

The state's Democratic Governor, Ned Lamont, made the announcement on Wednesday.

The Vermont State College system will not raise its tuition rates for the 2021-2022 school year, the Board of Trustees decided earlier this week.

That includes Castleton University, the Community College of Vermont, Northern Vermont University, and Vermont Technical College.
