City Pays $275,000 To Man Arrested for Videotaping Cops

The man surreptitiously used his cell phone to videotape a police raid on his home two years ago in Manchester, New Hampshire, and police arrested him for it. After his arrest he lost his job; but a federal court had previously ruled that people have a First Amendment right to videotape police activities; the city settled the man's lawsuit for $275,000.
