The incumbent governor of New Hampshire has a solid lead in the race to keep his job.
Governor Chris Sununu, a Republican, holds a 17-point lead over his opponent, according to a recently-released poll from the University of New Hampshire. The poll found that while Sununu had 55 percent support from likely New Hampshire voters, his challenger, Democratic state Senator Tom Sherman of Rye, had 37 percent support. Just 8 percent of voters say they're undecided in this race.
