Chris Christie:  I’d Be President Now If It Wasn’t For That Trump Guy

On his way out the door as New Jersey governor, Chris Christie says he'd be president now if it weren't for Donald Trump.

"It's incredibly frustrating to think to yourself, 'Wow, if this guy were not in the race, we'd win this thing'," Christie told Matt Arco of NJ.com in an interview. "And I absolutely believe if Trump had not gotten into the race I think we would have won."

Change the Name of Providence Airport?

The airport, which is actually in Warwick, Rhode Island south of Providence, is known as T.F. Green, after Theodore Francis Green (1867-1966), a long-ago and little-remembered governor and U.S. Senator from Rhode Island. The airport manager and the mayor of Warwick are thinking about renaming it "Rhode Island International Airport" (since "Warwick International Airport" doesn't have the same ring); the Rhode Island General Assembly would have to agree to make the change.
