Federal immigration authorities arrested a 43-year-old Chinese illegal immigrant charged with sex crimes against Massachusetts residents.
Deportation officers from Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston, a division of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, arrested Yao Zhang on July 5 in Medford, authorities said.
