Seven Massachusetts State Police troopers reinstated by an arbitrator never should have been suspended for refusing to take a coronavirus vaccine in the first place, a lawyer representing them said.
"Former Governor Charlie Baker had no authority to mandate the experimental COVID shots and deny religious accommodations to these state troopers. Let us never forget this insanity," Liberty Counsel chairman Mat Staver said in a written statement Tuesday, August 8.
