Charlie Baker Will Be The NCAA’s Newest President

Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker has a new job. He will be the next president of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, the organization announced Thursday morning, December 14.  Baker will replace outgoing NCAA president Mark Emmert. Baker is scheduled to start his new job on March 1, 2023, just under two months after he leaves the Massachusetts State House (on Thursday, January 5).
