Canadian Man Enters Rare Plea in 30-Year-Old Slaying of Same-Sex Couple

Anthony Barnaby, 51, will likely do another 4 1/2 years in prison after entering an unusual type of plea deal in the slaying of two women in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Barnaby, a Micmac Indian from Quebec, entered a so-called "Alford plea," which acknowledges the state has enough evidence to convict him of two counts of second-degree murder but still maintains his innocence, according to The Union Leader.
