The man, an immigrant to Canada from China, was found not responsible for the homicide, which he committed after hearing voices to kill the man he was sitting next to on a bus in Manitoba. Now he has been freed outright, after becoming a Canadian citizen four years ago; authorities say he understands the importance of taking his medications.
