BOSTON (AP) – A ninth-grade humanities teacher at a Boston charter school has been named the Massachusetts Teacher of the Year. Sydney Chaffee, who has been teaching at Codman Academy Charter Public School in Dorchester since 2007, was honored at a ceremony at the school Tuesday.
