Massachusetts Secretary of the Commonwealth William F. Galvin wants voters who have not returned their mail-in ballots for next Tuesday's elections to return those ballots by hand, if possible. Galvin said mailing ballots this late is too risky, in a press release issued by his office. He noted that mail can take up to seven days to be delivered.
