Bill Clinton ‘Wanted To Throw Up’ When FBI Director Criticized Hillary Over Email, He Tells Vineyard Audience

Former President Bill Clinton spoke before about 800 people at Martha's Vineyard High School in Oak Bluffs about his new co-written political novel and about politics today.

"Asked about many of the novel's main characters, including the vice president, chief of staff and FBI director being women, Clinton said he believes the closer the country gets to gender parity in government, the better the decision-making will be," states a story in The Cape Cod Times.

Massachusetts U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Cambridge) is one of several Democratic luminaries who called to congratulate Christine Hallquist, a biological male who identifies as a woman who won the Democratic primary for governor in Vermont, according to Hellquist's campaign.

Hallquist, who won the August 14 primary, has also gotten calls from U.S. Senator Cory Booker (D-New Jersey), who like Warren is considering a run for president.
