Bike Lane Proposal Dividing Vermont’s Largest City

A slight majority of a neighborhood in Burlington, Vermont support a new bike lane on North Avenue, according to a survey, but critics say the survey is flawed. The thoroughfare has been reduced from four lanes to three lanes to accommodate the bike lane as part of a pilot project, and not all residents are happy about that.
