Bernie Sanders Has $4.9 Million in Campaign Treasury

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders is up for re-election in Vermont in 2018. Sanders, who ran a spirited campaign for president in the Democratic primary last year, has vastly more money on hand than any other politician in Vermont, which is the second least populous state in the nation.
