Bernie Sanders Going To The South To Make $17-An-Hour Minimum Wage Pitch

U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders (I-Vermont) plans to take his pitch to raise the federal minimum wage to $17 hours down south. Sanders has three events scheduled this week where he will tout the new fight for a $17 hourly minimum wage.

The events will take place in Durham, North Carolina on Thursday, June 1; Nashville, Tennessee on Friday, June 2; and Charleston, South Carolina on Saturday, June 3.
