Bay State Restaurants Near Rhode Island, New Hampshire Worried About Continued Shutdown

If you live in Massachusetts, there is a chance you live near a restaurant that is open for dine-in eating. However, you would need to cross an imaginary line to get there.

On Monday, May 18, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker announced Phase One of the state's plan to re-open the economy amid the coronavirus pandemic. Restaurants were not included on that list. They are featured in Phase Two of the plan, and it is unclear when that will begin.

Marty Walsh To Host Virtual Boston Public Schools Graduation Ceremony

Graduation ceremonies for Boston Public Schools will not be able to take place in-person this year as a result of the coronavirus emergency, so the city decided to take an alternative approach.

Seniors in the Class of 2020 will be honored in a virtual graduation ceremony, according to a press release issued by the office of Boston Mayor Marty Walsh. The graduation ceremony,  scheduled to air on Saturday, June 13 on WCVB-TV Channel 5 from 7:30  to 8:00 p.m., is to be hosted by Walsh, Boston public schools Superintendent Brenda Cassellius, and former U.S. Education Secretary John King.
