U.S. Representative Ayanna Pressley is continuing to push her "Books Save Lives" Act, which she introduced earlier this month.
"Book bans are harmful, discriminatory policies that only push vulnerable people further to the margins, Pressley said on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, December 30. "Congress must pass my #BooksSaveLives Act to confront the rise in book bans and help ensure inclusive learning environments for all."
