Ayanna Pressley Calls On Federal Government To Stop Deporting Haitians

If you're from Haiti and you're not supposed to be in the United States, then U.S. Representative Ayanna Pressley (D-Dorchester) doesn't want you deported. Haitian president Jovenel Moïse was assassinated last week. As a result, Pressley was among a group of Congressmen who sent a letter Thursday, July 15 to U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas calling for a change to this country's immigration policy.
