Atheist Threatens Satanic Display If City Doesn’t Take Nativity Down

A nativity display at a public park in Claremont, New Hampshire has triggered an atheist to the point where he wants to put up a satanic symbol if the city doesn't take the nativity display down.

The 36-year-old man says the nativity depicting the birth of Jesus of Nazareth doesn't belong on public land. He also says the symbol he comes up with will offend a lot of people, according to The Union Leader.

Some 30 years after state legislators passed a temporary increase in the state's income tax, the rate in Massachusetts may return to 5 percent in 2020.

Governor Charlie Baker announced that several economic thresholds have been met as set forth by state law to trigger an automatic reduction in the state's income tax rate from 5.1 percent in 2018 to 5.05 percent in 2019, which begins in two weeks.
