Former Massachusetts State Police Lieutenant David Wilson, 57, was indicted on one count of embezzlement from an agency receiving federal funds.

Wilson is among six state troopers who have been charged with receiving overtime pay for phantom shifts they didn't work.

Former Marty Walsh Aide Dan Koh Has Lead In Democratic Primary for Third Congressional District, Poll Says

Dan Koh, former chief of staff to Boston Mayor Marty Walsh, has a lead in the crowded Democratic primary to succeed retiring U.S. Representative Nikki Tsongas (D-Lowell).

Koh, 33, drew 19 percent support in the UMass Lowell-Boston Globe poll, over state Senator Barbara L'Italien (D-Andover) and former Obama administration official Rufus Gifford, who tied at 13 percent.
