American Indian U.S. Senator Still Celebrates Thanksgiving

While the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe on Cape Cod has declared Thanksgiving as a National Day of Mourning, there is one prominent American Indian- identifier in Massachusetts who still celebrates Thanksgiving:  U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Cambridge). The 1/1024th Native American senator wished her followers on X (formerly known as Twitter) a happy Thanksgiving on Thursday.
