Buy Our Ideology Or Else

Ideologues are always planning how to grow their movement. What’s the easiest way to grow your base? Get ‘em while they're young.

The transgenderism movement depends on it.

Look to Milton for an example. In April 2021, NewBostonPost revealed that the Milton schools system essentially bribed high school and middle school students into taking a survey that posed questions such as ...

“Are you transgender, genderqueer, or genderfluid?”

Is that a question you would want your kids to be asked by someone you don't even know? Probably not. Many Milton parents agreed.

The strategy of the transgender movement is ultimately to take you as a parent out of the picture.

For example, let’s say your child starts thinking she might be the opposite sex and didn’t want such thoughts.

Let’s say that you, as a parent, wanted to take your child to therapy so she could talk such feelings over and perhaps change them.

The transgender movement has spoken:  you won’t be allowed. In 2019, Massachusetts banned the practice.

That was unwarranted.

NewBostonPost said exactly that:

What you think about homosexuality and transgenderism, though important, is beside the main point. If you like your sexual orientation, you can keep your sexual orientation. If you like your gender identity, you can keep your gender identity.

But what if you don’t? Is Massachusetts really about to tell kids they can’t make up their own minds about who they want to be and that they can’t go to a professional to help get them where they want to go?

Conversion Therapy Ban Isn’t About Sexuality or Gender Identity – It’s About Freedom

Conversion therapy doesn’t only offer choices; it saves lives.

Here’s one of the men who testified at the conversion therapy ban hearing in March 2019:

By age 17, I was emotionally unstable and walked out of the Christian bookstore suicidal because there was not one resource there that offered any help. Finally, I broke down and told my parents about my homosexuality, and they helped me find a therapist who helped me explore the changes that I personally wanted. And he kept me alive. I saw Dr. Schmidt weekly for five years, starting at age 17. And he helped me talk out my emotional pains. And I discovered, over time, that it was deep emotional wounds and pains that had not been addressed, that were underlying my other issues. Over time my insecurities, self-hatred, fear of males, and obsession over one male faded.

But on top of that, banning conversion therapy is scientifically puzzling.

In 2018, an assistant professor at Brown University published a study presenting evidence that rapid-onset gender dysphoria in teen-agers and young adults who didn’t show any symptoms in childhood may be tied to binge-watching transgender-oriented YouTube videos and engaging in transgender-oriented online friend groups.

She found that girls suffering from ordinary (if difficult) emotional problems like anxiety and depression were all of a sudden being convinced they were in an extraordinary situation -- of being a boy trapped in a girl's body.

Really? That seems to contradict the messaging we’ve received.

Which is why it had to go. Brown University published a story on the paper … and then they took it down and took shots at the study in a letter from a Brown dean.

New Boston Post published the letter ... and a translation, showing what the dean's letter really meant.

Read the whole thing. It’s a doozy.

The transgender movement is past the “convince” stage and has moved onto the “convert.”
